Carradus Land Survey, Inc., is a family owned and operated, full-service Land Surveying Firm providing quality surveys throughout all of Chicago and Northeast Illinois for over 40 years.

We are known for providing accurate and complete surveys that are easy to understand and exceed “the minimum standards for a boundary survey in Illinois” and the “staked and spotted” survey requirements of the standard real estate contract. We provide surveys that match the title policy and are easy for you to understand and explain to your client at closing. We can provide a quick turn around when you need it, and you will find our pricing competitive and consistent with other qualified surveying firms. Our order forms are simple, and our order confirmations make project tracking simple.

For 40 years we have been based in the Wheaton and Carol Stream area serving the counties of Cook, DuPage, Kane, Will, Lake, Kendall, McHenry, DeKalb and beyond.  Our entire staff is based at our Carol Stream office and all work is performed in house under the direct supervision of a Carradus Professional, to our demanding standards. We provide accurate and complete Boundary Surveys for residential and commercial Real Estate transactions as well as ALTA/NSPS Surveys, Condominium Surveys, FEMA Determinations and a full range of Builder and Development Services.

Our “old school” field crews consist of 2 and 3 highly trained professionals, starting and ending each day at our Carol Stream Office, each knowing their responsibility, utilizing modern equipment consistent with the task, obtaining the actual field data with competence and precision, all while working directly under the supervision of a licensed Professional Land Surveyor. We do not send out a 1-man crew fumbling to make measurements by himself, with no one to double check for accuracy and completeness, with the final plat based on interpretation from an out of state drafting technician, who has never been onsite.

There are no gimmicks here. You won’t be bringing to the closing a piece of paper, you had to download and print yourself, resembling a coffee shop placemat, containing coupons, advertisements, or grainy digital pictures that don’t belong on a professional document, like some other surveyors are providing.

You will receive a quality professional document, a signed and sealed Plat of Survey that is thorough, precise, and easy to understand that you can present to your client without reservation. After all, you’re providing a Professional Service, so should your consultants.
