Survey Field Crews

Our field crews consist of highly trained individuals dedicated to providing our licensed surveyors with accurate and precise field data. Our field crew teams are taught the principals of Land Surveying and the importance of thorough and accurate field work. They are instructed on how to work as a 2 or 3 person team to efficiently gain the data that is required for each project, and the value of the data they have obtained in determining the true property boundaries. Our personnel are not paid a set fee per job as some companies, but are paid hourly, thus, no corners are cut and our crews invest whatever time is necessary to provide our clients a correct and thorough survey, for the price quoted regardless of the time involved to do the job right. 

We are fortunate to have some of the most knowledgeable field personnel in this business, dedicated to getting the job done right. Most of our field crew members have started with us at the entry level position, and have been promoted within the company as they have advanced in knowledge and experience over time. Unlike some other companies who direct their employees to simply push buttons on equipment with little or no guidance, with our firm you will get career oriented personnel, all who report to our Carol Stream Office daily, all part of a team that is educated in Land Surveying, and dedicated to get the job done right. 

Engineering Department

All engineering design and drawings are performed by our experienced full time professional engineer and staff. Our design staff has a combined experience of roughly 60 years of creating plans and studies in grading, drainage, and underground utilities, for clients such as builders, developers, municipalities and homeowners. We have searched out professionals that find the value in providing plans that portray the required data with an almost artistic flair. This results in a consistent format that is easy to follow and understand, even for the novice.
